Participation processes are necessary channels in a democratic society, but they can however become frustrating experiences due to their ineffectiveness or potential for conflict.
We like to call it Collective Intelligence for Action because participatory processes unleash collective intelligence, our capacity to generate better realities by working together.
In order for collective intelligence to work in a coordinated way and achieve positive results, we approach each process with the following methodology:
Creating a social narrative that inspires and connects, in which people are invited to give the best of themselves.
Articulating processes by handling complexity, defusing conflicts and finding a common approach.
Listening to the people involved in the process through workshops, interviews and surveys.
Understanding the group relationships helps us to enhance potentiality and neutralise negative aspects.
Verifying that through active listening we have understood and grasped the moment to define new emerging ideas.
Accompanying one other and sharing tools to effectively put the agreements reached into practice.
